Solio is interior design workflow software operated by Eryonix Techlabs Private Limited.

This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, share, retain, and protect information when you use Solio, visit our public pages, create an account, upload content, generate outputs, buy credits, or contact us.

We collect account information such as name, email address, authentication details, profile preferences, workspace details, support messages, and communication preferences.

We collect project content you add to Solio, including project names, rooms, room geometry, approved room briefs, references, uploaded images, generated renders, edits, upscales, public gallery selections, comments, and related metadata.

We collect usage, device, and log information such as pages viewed, actions taken, browser and device details, approximate location from technical data, IP address, error logs, performance events, security events, and product telemetry.

If you make a payment, payment information is processed by our payment providers. We receive transaction records, plan status, invoices, credit activity, payment identifiers, limited billing metadata, and support information needed to operate billing.

We use information to provide Solio, authenticate users, operate accounts and workspaces, process renders and edits, manage credits and subscriptions, deliver support, maintain security, prevent abuse, debug errors, improve reliability, and communicate about the service.

We may use aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified information to understand usage, improve workflows, evaluate reliability, plan features, and measure business performance.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use private project content for public marketing unless you or your workspace explicitly makes that content public or gives us permission.

We use service providers for hosting, database, storage, authentication, payments, analytics, monitoring, email, support, and intelligent rendering. These providers may process information on our behalf only as needed to deliver, secure, support, and improve Solio.

Uploaded and generated visual content may be processed by infrastructure and intelligent rendering service providers so Solio can create, edit, upscale, store, and display outputs.

Some providers may process information outside your country. Where required, we rely on contractual, technical, and organizational safeguards for such transfers.

Uploaded room photos, plans, references, design materials, and generated render results are used to provide the requested workflow and keep your room context available inside your account.

You should only upload content you have the right to use. Avoid uploading confidential client material, personal information, restricted references, or sensitive documents unless your lawful use of Solio requires it and you have permission.

Generated renders, edits, and upscales remain connected to the relevant project, room, and account so you can review, export, refine, and archive them.

Solio may display outputs in the public Gallery only when the relevant user or workspace enables public visibility, approves publication, or otherwise asks us to publish selected content.

Public gallery items may include generated images, labels, tool type, creation metadata, and non-sensitive presentation details. You can contact us to request removal of public gallery content connected to your account or workspace.

You should not publish confidential client material, personal information, restricted third-party references, or content you are not allowed to share.

We use account, plan, transaction, invoice, credit activity, and support information to operate subscriptions, credit packs, checkout, reconciliation, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, and payment support.

Payment card, wallet, bank, or similar payment details are handled by payment providers. Solio receives the records needed to confirm payment status, grant credits, issue receipts, and support billing questions.

Billing records may be retained where required for tax, accounting, compliance, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, and legitimate business records.

You may update account details, manage workspace settings, control public gallery visibility where available, and contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or other privacy support.

Some information may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, accounting, tax, dispute resolution, legal compliance, service integrity, backups, or legitimate business records.

If you withdraw consent or request deletion, some Solio features may no longer work, and we may still retain information where legally permitted or required.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide Solio, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, enforce agreements, maintain records, and protect the service.

We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls and secure infrastructure practices. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

If we become aware of a security incident affecting personal information, we will assess it and take steps required by applicable law.

Solio is intended for professional and adult users. It is not directed to children.

Do not upload sensitive personal information, confidential client information, government identifiers, health information, financial credentials, or other highly sensitive data unless it is necessary for your lawful use of Solio and you have permission to do so.

We may update this privacy policy as Solio, our providers, or applicable laws change. The updated date on this page shows when the latest version took effect.

Material changes may be communicated through the product, website, email, or another reasonable method.
