How Solio collects, uses, stores, and protects information across accounts, workspaces, renders, payments, and public showcase content.

We collect account details such as your name, email address, authentication details, organization or workspace information, and preferences you choose to save in Solio.

We collect project content you add to Solio, including rooms, briefs, layout information, uploaded references, generated renders, edits, moodboards, upscales, comments, and related metadata.

We collect usage, device, and log information such as pages viewed, actions taken, browser type, approximate location derived from technical data, error logs, and performance events.

If you make a payment, payment details are handled by our payment processors. We receive transaction records, plan status, credit activity, invoices, and limited billing metadata needed to provide the service.

We use information to provide Solio, authenticate users, operate workspaces, process renders and edits, manage credits and subscriptions, deliver support, improve reliability, and protect the service from abuse.

We may use aggregated or de-identified information to understand product usage, improve workflows, measure performance, and plan new features.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use private project content for public marketing unless you or your workspace explicitly makes that content public or gives us permission.

Solio may display project outputs in the public Showcase only when the relevant user or workspace has enabled public showcase visibility or otherwise approved publication.

Public showcase items may include generated images, labels, tool type, and creation metadata. You can contact us to request removal of public showcase content connected to your account or workspace.

We work with service providers for hosting, database, storage, authentication, payments, analytics, support, and AI processing. These providers may process information on our behalf only as needed to deliver and improve Solio.

Generated and uploaded visual content may be processed by infrastructure and AI service providers so Solio can create, edit, upscale, store, and display outputs.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide Solio, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain business records.

We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

You may update account details, manage workspace settings, control public showcase visibility, and request deletion or correction of personal information by contacting us.

Some information may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
