Terms of Service

Solio is interior design workflow software for projects, rooms, layouts, design briefs, references, generated renders, edits, upscales, public gallery features, credits, billing, and related studio tools.

The Solio service is operated by Eryonix Techlabs Private Limited. These terms apply when you access Solio, create an account, purchase credits or a subscription, upload content, generate outputs, or otherwise use the service.

If you use Solio for a company, studio, client, or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs through your account.

You must provide accurate account and billing information, keep it updated, and promptly tell us if you believe your account has been compromised.

We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe an account creates security, payment, legal, abuse, or operational risk.

Some Solio features require credits, a paid plan, or one-time credit packs. Prices, taxes, plan allowances, credit costs, expiry, rollover, and renewal details are shown in the product, checkout, billing page, or pricing page.

Subscriptions renew until cancelled. You can cancel through the available account controls or by contacting hello@solio.studio. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not automatically refund the current billing period.

Unless required by law or expressly stated by Solio, paid fees, subscriptions, and credit packs are non-refundable after purchase or after credits are granted. Failed or duplicate payment cases may be reviewed and reconciled at our discretion.

Studio plans include organization billing and shared team credits. Teams above the self-serve seat limit should contact Solio support.

Solio may offer free trials, starter credits, promotional credits, or limited access so you can test the product end-to-end before paid production use.

Free or promotional credits may be limited by account, workspace, time period, feature, abuse controls, or other eligibility rules shown in the product or communicated by Solio.

We may adjust, pause, or revoke free trial access or promotional credits if we believe they are being misused, duplicated, resold, or used in a way that creates service, payment, legal, or abuse risk.

Subject to these terms, your plan, applicable law, third-party rights, and payment of applicable fees, you may use outputs generated through Solio for client, studio, portfolio, and commercial interior design workflows.

You remain responsible for reviewing every output before using it in client, commercial, public, construction, procurement, or safety-related contexts.

Solio outputs are visual design aids. They are not architectural, structural, engineering, legal, code-compliance, safety, procurement, or professional construction advice.

You keep ownership of the content you submit to Solio. You grant Eryonix Techlabs Private Limited a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, reproduce, adapt, display, transmit, and use that content as needed to provide, secure, support, maintain, and improve Solio.

You are responsible for the room data, references, approved room briefs, uploaded images, design materials, and other content you submit. You must have all rights and permissions needed to upload, process, publish, and use that content.

Generated renders, edits, and upscales may vary from your intended design direction. You remain responsible for checking accuracy, suitability, and rights before presenting or relying on any output.

Solio uses infrastructure, storage, authentication, payment, analytics, support, and intelligent rendering providers to operate the service. Your content may be processed by those providers on our behalf where needed to provide Solio.

Intelligent rendering systems can produce inaccurate, unexpected, incomplete, or unsuitable outputs. You should not rely on Solio as the sole basis for professional decisions, client commitments, construction work, safety decisions, or legal compliance.

We may change rendering systems, service providers, infrastructure, pricing, credit rules, and feature behavior over time, while aiming to preserve a professional and reliable workflow.

You may not use Solio to break the law, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, upload harmful code, abuse payment or credit systems, reverse engineer or scrape non-public areas, overload the service, bypass access controls, or attempt unauthorized access.

You may not upload, generate, publish, or share content that is unlawful, abusive, exploitative, deceptive, harassing, defamatory, invasive of privacy, or otherwise harmful.

You may not use Solio to train competing systems or services, resell access without permission, or represent generated outputs as verified construction, engineering, or safety documents.

If you enable public gallery visibility, approve publication, or otherwise submit content for public display, selected outputs and related non-sensitive metadata may be displayed publicly.

You are responsible for ensuring public content does not include confidential client material, restricted third-party references, personal data, or content you are not allowed to share.

We may remove, moderate, or refuse public content if we believe it violates these terms, creates legal risk, harms users, or harms the service.

Solio is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, permanent storage, or that outputs will meet every requirement.

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or restrict parts of Solio, including features, credit rules, prices, supported workflows, storage behavior, and public pages, with reasonable notice where practical.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for Solio or other users, fail to pay, or use the service in a way that could expose us to liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eryonix Techlabs Private Limited disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and reliability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eryonix Techlabs Private Limited will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, procurement costs, or loss of goodwill.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Eryonix Techlabs Private Limited from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your content, your use of Solio, your outputs, your violation of these terms, or your violation of third-party rights or applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Subject to applicable law, courts and dispute forums having jurisdiction over the registered office of Eryonix Techlabs Private Limited will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes relating to these terms or Solio.

Before starting a formal dispute, you agree to contact hello@solio.studio and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue informally.
