Terms of Service

The rules for using Solio, including accounts, workspaces, credits, generated outputs, public showcase content, and payments.

Last updated: May 24, 2026

Using Solio

Solio provides tools for interior design visualization, including rooms, design briefs, references, generated renders, edits, moodboards, upscales, public showcase features, credits, and related workspace tools.

You are responsible for the information, references, prompts, room data, and other content you submit. You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload, process, and use that content in Solio.

Accounts and workspaces

You must keep your account credentials secure and promptly notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

If you use Solio for an organization or client studio, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization or manage that workspace.

Credits, subscriptions, and payments

Some Solio features require credits, a paid plan, or one-time credit packs. Credit costs, plan allowances, rollover rules, and prices are shown in the product or on the pricing page.

Subscription charges renew until cancelled. You can cancel according to the controls available in your account or by contacting us. Unless required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.

Power-up credits and included plan credits may have different expiration or rollover rules. The rules shown in Solio at the time of purchase or plan selection apply.

Content and output rights

You keep ownership of the content you submit to Solio, subject to the rights you grant us to operate, improve, secure, and support the service.

You may use outputs generated through Solio according to your plan, applicable law, and any third-party rights in uploaded references or source material.

You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using them in client, commercial, public, or construction-related contexts. Solio outputs are visual design aids and are not architectural, engineering, legal, or safety advice.

Acceptable use

You may not use Solio to violate laws, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, upload harmful code, abuse credits or payment systems, interfere with the service, scrape non-public areas, or attempt unauthorized access.

You may not use Solio to generate, upload, or share content that is unlawful, abusive, exploitative, or otherwise harmful.

Public showcase

If you enable public showcase visibility or approve publication, selected outputs and related metadata may be displayed publicly. You are responsible for ensuring that public content does not include confidential, client-restricted, or third-party material you are not allowed to share.

We may remove showcase content if we believe it violates these terms, creates legal risk, or harms the service or other users.

Service changes and availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of Solio, including features, credit rules, supported tools, and pricing, with reasonable notice where appropriate.

Solio may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, infrastructure issues, third-party provider issues, or events outside our control.

Disclaimers and liability

Solio is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free outputs, or that generated visuals will meet every requirement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solio Studio and Solarizer Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
