Troubleshooting

Recover from unclear room state, failed payments, or a render result that needs correction.

Start from the last stable checkpoint

If a render looks inconsistent, check the shell, layout, direction board, and approval state before spending another credit.

If payment or credit activity looks wrong, keep the checkout receipt or support details and contact hello@solio.studio so the team can reconcile the account safely.

For a Render result that needs correction, compare the image against the Approved room brief, then use a narrow edit or return to the relevant setup stage.
